BRIGG FOOTBALLERS WIN WELL

Briggensians won 5-0 against Santon today (Saturday, March 5) in division three of the TSW Printers Scunthorpe & District Football League.
Briggensians are based at Sir John Nelthorpe School, Brigg.
Paul Neal netted twice and there was a goal apiece for Jon Taylor, Steve Jordan and Neil Gallafent.
The big news in Briggensians' division today is that Midtown United have resigned from the league with immediate effect.
There hasn't even been time to remove them from the league table.
Next Saturday, March 12, Briggensians journey to Crowle Town Colts Reserves.
