WORK STARTS ON RIVERSIDE WALL IMPROVEMENT NEAR BRIGG PUB

Work is under way on the wall near the White Hart pub beer garden, which overlooks the Old River Ancholme. 
This will improve the view from the County Bridge and the towpath, which is a public footpath.
A section of wall near the former Trent Foods factory has already been improved and the latest work will complete the task.
The contract can be carried out now the river level has been dropped for routine maintenance.
