As dusk fell in Brigg town centre the other day we were in the Black Bull pub beer garden and noticed a blue light in the distance near the top of St John's Church - together with some sort of equipment not previously observed in this lofty vantage point.
We wondered if it was to do with mobile phones but it was later suggested to us that the items on the church roof relate to providing wi-fi for the town centre. We should stress that this is unconfirmed but we are sure someone in authority will let us know either way.
I believe its the remote control transmission system for the cctv cameras...
