This workshop is a brilliant way for all the family to get together and have some fun whilst learning to do something new. Everyone is welcome to join in the free Carnival Capers workshop.
“Adult Community Learning provides a wide-ranging choice of courses at different locations. If you would like to develop your knowledge or learn a new skill, have a look at what course you can take part in on our website www.northlincs.gov.uk/schools-libraries-learning/adult-education/courses/ ”
Adult Learners’ Week is a celebration of lifelong learning. Adults who continue to learn throughout their lives are healthier, happier and have greater self-confidence and self-esteem. In short, Adult Learners’ Week is the best time to show how adult learning improves and enhances social cohesion, economic vitality and social mobility. In addition to this, during May and June a Festival of Learning is being held to encourage adults, families and communities to give learning a go and try something new. There is over 3,000 events taking place across the country.
