CONCERNS ABOUT ACCESS FROM BRIGG TOWN COUNCIL

Brigg Town Council has expressed concerns about a planning application submitted for Glanford Court, off Grammar School Road.
Outline permission is being sought for the the erection of a detached single storey dwelling with associated access and parking facilities, including demolition of existing detached garage, on land adjacent to 4 Glanford Court.
North Lincolnshire Council - the planning authority - will decide whether or not to grant approval.
Brigg Town Council's Planning and Environment Committee - meeting in the Angel Suite this week - had some reservations and has passed these on to planners within the unitary authority.
The Town Council committee heard concerns about access, Coun Chris Dyson suggesting it could be inadequate for emergency services vehicles.
