The latest crime figures have just been issued for Brigg - 48 incidents for police to deal with during September. The August total was 37.
Crimes in September included 17 incidents of anti-social behaviour and 11 in the category of violence and sexual offences. There were four cases of shoplifting.
The area of town suffering most crime during September was "on or near Wrawby Street" - with nine incidents.
