DAKOTA MAKES IT TO BRIGG AT LAST

Did you spot the World War 2 Dakota transport plane flying over Brigg yesterday?
It was due to come the Friday before last, but bad weather meant the cancellation of the flypast ahead of the BASH VE Night celebrations at Brigg Servicemen's Club.
We were driving along St Helen's Road at the time we spotted the Dakota overhead.
Presumably, yesterday's flight over Brigg was while the historic plane was on its way to show its colours at a social event or show. Anyone know which one?
