BRIGG DITCH CONCERNS REMAIN

Brigg Town Council is continuing to monitor the efforts being made by Anglian Water to trace the cause of alleged contamination of a ditch near the Newlands estate with sewage. The company is dealing with the issue.
Coun Ann Eardley told this week's Town Council meeting that she had recently observed a camera being used by workmen to look at drains.
Coun Eardley and Coun Ben Nobbs have flagged up the issue of the Redcombe Lane ditch at several meetings in past weeks.
