When complaints were raised at a Brigg Town Council meeting about the state of the cemetery seating, Coun Rob Waltham offered to see what could be done within North Lincolnshire Council, where he's a Cabinet member (North Lincs being the authority running and maintaining the cemetery). Brigg Blog saw Coun Rob today at the opening of the Baths Hall in Scunthorpe and inquired whether there had been any progress. He gave a very positive reply - and when we got back to Brigg, Coun Nigel Sherwood, also a Cabinet member, had emailed these images. Clearly another one they can tick off the list of jobs!

ReplyDeleteI don't think we need a set of traffic lights in the cemetary . Hopefully it's not that busy.
