It appears North Lincolnshire Council is currently negotiating on the rent for Manley Gardens pond with a local fishing club. And a 25-year lease was also mentioned when a brief update on progress was delivered at Brigg Town Council’s monthly meeting in the Angel Suite.
North Lincolnshire Council announced last year that it wished to dispose of the facility, prompting some concerns from town councillors, nearby residents and anglers about the future of this tranquil beauty spot.
