Any town can have fantastic displays from bought plants, but additional brownie points if Brigg sourced it own plants from local allotments.<br />Such a scheme also increases volunteer involvement.<br />But I don't know why the Council is not seeking a greenhouse.....a poly-tunnel is useful, but has serious limitations.
