Two house extensions in the same area of Brigg are seeking approval from North Lincolnshire Council.
Planning permission is being sought to erect a single-storey rear extension at 14 Springfield Rise.
Approval is also being requested for the conversion of a garage, erection of first floor side extension and internal alterations at 12 St James Road.
Council planners are now considering both applications.
