4 BRIGG AREA PLANNING APPLICATIONS TO BE DECIDED


Four Brigg area applications are about to be considered by the Planning Committee at North Lincolnshire Council, which is chaired by Coun Nigel Sherwood.
The  committee will meet on Wednesday, November 16 at the Civic Centre, off Ashby Road, Scunthorpe (2pm). 
This session is open to interested members of the public.
Brigg district applications to be considered by elected councillors are:
WRAWBY: Outline application to erect one detached dwelling with appearance, landscaping, layout and scale reserved for subsequent approval - land north of Ardara, Brigg Road.
SCAWBY: Carry out extensions including an increase in roof height to provide first-floor accommodation - Olcote, Station Road, Sturton. 
BARNETBY: Application to remove planning condition 4 (of 7/758/1986) to allow access onto Smithy Lane, 95 St Barnabas Road.
HIBALDSTOW: Change of use of land to form extension of existing curtilage to be used for storage only - Techrete, Station Road. North Lincolnshire Council considers this to be a "major application."

Stop frightening me with mugshots of Nigel Sherwood, Nige....I have a nervous disposition and shocks like that can make my arm twitch!
